I have bought and sold many houses over the years but working with Jim I realize how easy all those other sales should have been. From the first call to Jim, I knew I was speaking to the right person for the job. Jim was willing to take my call at any time of the day or night and answer any questions I might have. I know that myself being out of state was a bit of a challenge for him but he made it all happen without a glitch.
Jim was amazing from start to finish in getting our lot listed and sold. As first-time home sellers, we really needed someone who was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions and hand-hold us through the process. I'd give Jim 6 stars if I could - he even worked with my wife to get just the right pictures of our lot.
