Before transitioning into real estate, Jill spent 20+ years in Human Resources, honing the skills clients rely on most in a transaction: sharp communication, meticulous organization, unemotional problem‑solving, and high‑stakes negotiation. Whether you’re navigating pricing strategy, inspection issues, or a complex closing timeline, Jill brings structure, calm, and data‑driven guidance to every step. Community is core to who Jill is. She loves staying connected, building neighborhood ties, and even created a moms’ club to make space for friendship and shared support. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, plays women’s soccer twice a week, and is a proud mom of three (ages 12–20) who are active in a variety of sports. At home, she and her family run a “mini funny farm” with 3 cats and 4 dogs—which means she’s no stranger to juggling moving parts and keeping things on track.
